I-595 CORRIDOR TRAFFIC IMPACT REPORT DECEMBER 5, 2025– DECEMBER 12, 2025

I-595 SCHEDULED CLOSURES FOR ROUTINE OPERATIONS & MAINTENANCE:

The following closures and mobile operations are scheduled on Eastbound and Westbound I 595, Eastbound and Westbound State Road 84, the Turnpike, and the US 441 area for lighting inspections and repairs, removal and replacement of a sign panel structure, and light pole repairs:

• Mobile operations will take place on Eastbound and Westbound I-595 throughout the project limits will take place from 9:00 pm to 5:00 am on Sunday, November 30, 2025, to Friday, December 12, 2025.
• Mobile operations will take place on Eastbound and Westbound State Road 84 throughout the project limits will take place from 9:00 pm to 5:00 am on Sunday, November 30, 2025, to Friday, December 12, 2025.
• One lane on Eastbound State Road 84, Turnpike Ramp to Northbound 441 will be closed from 9:00pm to 5:00am on Sunday, December 7, 2025, to Friday, December 12, 2025.
• Two lanes on Westbound State Road 84, 0.68 miles East of University Drive will be closed from 9:00pm to 4:00am on Sunday, December 7, 2025, to Friday, December 12, 2025.
• Two lanes on Eastbound State Road 84, 0.56 miles East of Davie Road will be closed from 9:00pm to 5:00am on Sunday, December 14, 2025, to Thursday, December 18, 2025.
• One lane on Turnpike ramp to Eastbound I-595/State Road 84 will be closed from 9:00pm to 5:00am on Sunday, December 14, 2025, to Friday, December 19, 2025.

SCHEDULED PROJECT NOTICE— THE I-595 CORRIDOR RESURFACING PROJECT:

FULL RAMP CLOSURE ON WESTBOUND STATE ROAD 84 TO NORTHBOUND TURNPIKE IS TO BE CLOSED ON SELECT NIGHTS FROM 10:00PM TO 5:00AM BEGINNING SUNDAY, DECEMBER 7, 2025, THROUGH MONDAY, DECEMBER 8, 2025 -- This closure is necessary to safely perform milling and resurfacing operations. A detour will allow drivers to continue west on State Road 84, loop around Davie Road, then head east on State Road 84 before using the Northbound Turnpike ramp to merge onto the Turnpike mainline. Ongoing milling and resurfacing activities may be impacted by weather conditions. Please use caution in the area and follow all posted detour signs.

FULL RAMP CLOSURE ON NORTHBOUND TURNPIKE EXIT TO 595/STATE ROAD 84/US-441 (EXIT 54) IS TO BE CLOSED ON SELECT NIGHTS FROM 10:00PM TO 5:00AM BEGINNING MONDAY, DECEMBER 8, 2025, THROUGH THURSDAY, DECEMBER 11, 2025 -- This closure is necessary to safely perform milling and resurfacing operations. A detour will allow drivers to continue Northbound Turnpike and follow sings via Griffin Road and US-441—drivers will head north and merge on I-595 and State Road 84 where they will have access to all the same route. Ongoing milling and resurfacing activities may be impacted by weather conditions. Please use caution in the area and follow all posted detour signs.

FULL RAMP CLOSURE ON EASTBOUND STATE ROAD 84 TO EXIT OFF RAMP TO NORTHBOUND/SOUTHBOUND TURNPIKE (EXIT 8) IS TO BE CLOSED ON SELECT NIGHTS FROM 10:00PM TO 5:00AM BEGINNING SUNDAY, DECEMBER 14, 2025, THROUGH TUESDAY, DECEMBER 16, 2025 -- This closure is necessary to safely perform milling and resurfacing operations. Please note that on Monday night, December 15, 2025, work will begin later, with the closure starting at 11:30pm instead of 10:00pm. The detour will accommodate drivers traveling east on State Road 84 who intend to take this ramp will need to continue east, head south on US-441, and follow the detour via Griffin Road to access the Southbound Turnpike. Meanwhile, drivers who would normally use this ramp to enter Northbound Turnpike will need to take Northbound US-441, turn left onto Sunrise Boulevard, and travel west to reach the Northbound Turnpike entrance.

FULL RAMP CLOSURE ON WESTBOUND 595 TO EXIT OFF RAMP TO SOUTHBOUND TURNPIKE IS TO BE CLOSED ON SELECT NIGHTS FROM 10:00PM TO 5:00AM BEGINNING WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 17, 2025, THROUGH THURSDAY, DECEMBER 18, 2025 -- This closure is necessary to safely perform milling and resurfacing operations. Please note that on Wednesday night, December 17, 2025, work will begin later, with the closure starting at 11:30pm instead of 10:00pm. The detour will accommodate drivers traveling west on State Road 84, southbound or northbound on US-441, or westbound on I-595 who intend to take the ramp to access the Southbound Turnpike and will need to continue west, loop around Davie Road, then head east to merge onto US-441. Ongoing milling and resurfacing activities may be impacted by weather conditions. Please use caution in the area and follow all posted detour signs.
