I-595 CORRIDOR TRAFFIC IMPACT REPORT AUGUST 7, 2026 – AUGUST 14, 2026

I-595 SCHEDULED CLOSURES FOR ROUTINE OPERATIONS & MAINTENANCE:

The following mobile operations and closures are scheduled on Eastbound and Westbound I-595 and Eastbound and Westbound State Road 84 to perform sign structure work order repairs, DMS replacements, and routine maintenance, including lighting, replacement of damaged and faded sign shields and lettering, striping repairs, and concrete surface treatments:

• Mobile operations on Eastbound and Westbound I-595 throughout the project limits will occur from 9:00pm to 5:00am, Sunday, August 2, 2026 to Friday, August 14, 2026.
• Mobile operations on Eastbound and Westbound State Road 84 throughout the project limits will occur from 9:00pm to 5:00am, Sunday, August 2, 2026 to Friday, August 14, 2026.
• Three inside lanes on Eastbound I 595 between Pine Island Road and University Drive will be closed from 9:00pm to 4:00am on Sunday, August 16, 2026 to Friday, August 21, 2026.
• One outside lane on Westbound I-595 between Pine Island Road and University Drive will be closed from 9:00pm to 4:00am on select nights beginning Sunday, August 16, 2026, through Friday, August 21, 2026.
• Mobile operations on Eastbound and Westbound State Road 862 throughout the project limits will occur from 9:00pm to 5:00am on select nights beginning Sunday, August 16, 2026, through Monday, August 31, 2026.
• Mobile operations on Eastbound and Westbound State Road 84 throughout the project limits will occur from 9:00pm to 5:00am on select nights beginning Sunday, August 16, 2026, through Monday, August 31, 2026.

• Full closure on Eastbound State Road 84 from east of Nob Hill Road will be closed from 9:00pm to 4:00am on Monday, August 10, 2026 to Friday, August 14, 2026.
  Motorists will be detoured via northbound Nob Hill Road, eastbound Broward Boulevard, and southbound Pine Island Road to re-enter State Road 84 eastbound.
• Full closure on Eastbound State Road 84 from east of Pine Island Road will be closed from 9:00pm to 4:00am on Monday, August 10, 2026 to Friday, August 14, 2026.
  Motorists will be detoured via eastbound Peters Road, northbound Pine Island Road, eastbound University Drive, and continue to re-enter State Road 84 eastbound.
• Full closure on Westbound State Road 84 from east of University Drive will be closed from 9:00pm to 4:00am on Monday, August 10, 2026 to Friday, August 14, 2026.
  Motorists will be detoured via southbound University Drive, eastbound Nova Drive, and northbound Davie Road to re-enter eastbound State Road 84.
• Full closure on Eastbound State Road 84 from east of Flamingo Road will be closed from 9:00pm to 4:00am on Monday, August 24, 2026, to Friday, August 28, 2026.
  Motorists will be detoured via northbound Flamingo Road to westbound Broward Boulevard and then continue to southbound SW 136th Avenue to re-enter westbound State Road 84.
• Two right lanes on Westbound State Road 84 from west of Flamingo Road will be closed from 9:00pm to 4:00am on Monday, August 17, 2026 to Friday, August 21, 2026.
• Full closure on Westbound State Road 84, west of Flamingo Road will be closed from 9:00pm to 4:00am on Monday, August 17, 2026, to Friday, August 21, 2026.
  Motorists will be detoured via northbound Flamingo Road to NW 8th Street to head west to 136th Avenue to head south on 136th to re-enter westbound State Road 84.
• Full closure on Westbound State Road 84, west of Pine Island Road will be closed from 9:00pm to 4:00am on Monday, May 24, 2026, to Friday, May 29, 2026.
  Motorists will be detoured via northbound Pine Island Road, westbound Broward Boulevard, and southbound Nob Hill Road to re-enter westbound State Road 84.

SCHEDULED PROJECT NOTICE— THE I-595 CORRIDOR RESURFACING PROJECT – PHASE 2:

Westbound I-595 between Davie Road and Pine Island Road will have two left lane closures, including the University Drive on-ramp to Westbound I-595 (Ramp P1), the Westbound I-595 off-ramp to Westbound State Road 84 West of University Drive (Ramp Q1), the Westbound I-595 off-ramp to Westbound State Road 84 west of Davie Road (Ramp Q2), and the Westbound State Road 84 on-ramp to Eastbound I-595 east of University Drive (Ramp Q3), will have lane closures from 9:00pm to 5:00am on select nights beginning Sunday, August 9, 2026, through Thursday, August 13, 2026, with a backup date of Sunday, August 16, 2026. Nightly milling, resurfacing, and striping activities may be impacted by weather conditions.

Eastbound I-595 between west of the Sawgrass Expressway southbound lanes and Southwest 136th Avenue, including the Eastbound State Road 84 on-ramp to Eastbound I-595 (Ramp R3), will have a right lane closure from 9:00pm to 5:00am on select nights beginning Sunday, August 16, 2026, through Thursday, August 20, 2026, with a backup date of Sunday, August 23, 2026. Nightly milling, resurfacing, and striping activities may be impacted by weather conditions.

Eastbound I-595 between west of the Sawgrass Expressway southbound lanes and Southwest 136th Avenue will have a right lane closure from 9:00pm to 5:00am on select nights beginning Sunday, August 16, 2026, through Thursday, August 20, 2026, with a backup date of Sunday, August 23, 2026. Nightly milling, resurfacing, and striping activities may be impacted by weather conditions.

Eastbound I-595 between west of the Sawgrass Expressway southbound lanes and Southwest 136th Avenue, including the southbound to eastbound I-595 Express Lanes connector (Ramp R4), will have a left lane closure from 9:00pm to 5:00am on select nights beginning Sunday, August 16, 2026, through Thursday, August 20, 2026, with a backup date of Sunday, August 23, 2026. Nightly milling, resurfacing, and striping activities may be impacted by weather conditions.

Westbound I-595 between Southwest 136th Avenue and the west end of the project, including the westbound I-595 exit ramp to westbound State Road 84, will have two left lane closures from 9:00pm to 5:00am on select nights beginning Sunday, August 16, 2026, through Thursday, August 20, 2026, with a backup date of Sunday, August 23, 2026. Nightly milling, resurfacing, and striping activities may be impacted by weather conditions.

Westbound I-595 between Southwest 136th Avenue and the west end of the project, including the westbound Express Lanes exit ramp to westbound I-595 (Ramp R2), will have a left lane closure from 9:00pm to 5:00am on select nights beginning Sunday, August 16, 2026, through Thursday, August 20, 2026, with a backup date of Sunday, August 23, 2026. Westbound I-595 between Pine Island Road and Hiatus Road will have two left lane closures, including the Westbound I-595 off-ramp to Westbound State Road 84 (Ramp J) and the Westbound State Road 84 on-ramp to Westbound I-595 (Ramp L2), from 9:00pm to 5:00am on select nights beginning Sunday, August 23, 2026, through Thursday, August 27, 2026, with a backup date of Sunday, August 30, 2026. Nightly milling, resurfacing, and striping activities may be impacted by weather conditions.

Westbound I-595 between Hiatus Road and Flamingo Road, including the Westbound State Road 84 on-ramp to Westbound I-595 (Ramp F), will have two left lane closures from 9:00pm to 5:00am on select nights beginning Sunday, August 23, 2026, through Thursday, August 27, 2026, with a backup date of Sunday, August 30, 2026. Nightly milling, resurfacing, and striping activities may be impacted by weather conditions.

Westbound I-595 between Flamingo Road and Southwest 136th Avenue will have two left lane closures, including the Westbound I-595 off-ramp to Westbound State Road 84 (Ramp C) and the Westbound State Road 84 on-ramp to westbound I-595 (Ramp B), from 9:00pm to 5:00am on select nights beginning Sunday, August 23, 2026, through Thursday, September 3, 2026, with a backup date of Sunday, September 6, 2026.
